Amazing Hospitality

Liz was fantastic about letting us know everything about the amenities of the condo and things to do before we arrived. Volleyball court on property was a hit with the teenagers as well as the basketball arcade game. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family. It is very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at the Santana waterfront lake house was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled inside of a peaceful neighborhood on Lake Travis, this charming retreat offered breathtaking views and a tranquil ambiance that rejuvenated our souls. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the private dock, where we enjoyed leisurely mornings walks down the path at sunrise to see the glistening waters and afternoons filled with water activities. The convenience of boat pickup right from the dock made exploring the lake effortless and added an adventurous touch to our getaway. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with cozy furnishings and all the modern amenities one could wish for. The addition of a golf cart was a delightful surprise, making it easy to traverse the property and nearby places with ease. The hosts was incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The local recommendations for dining and activities enriched our experience and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the charm of the area. Comfortable and great for families

We had a really nice time and Elizabeth was very accommodating. The elevator made the four stories no problem and the kids had a great time with all the deer we saw.

Great experience

This place has a lot to offer: private park with lake access, private volleyball court, pool, tennis courts, etc. it has Great Lake views from the house. Check in and check out was super easy. The property management was very responsive when it comes to getting help finding things. Overall, it was a great experience with friends and families. We would love to come back and spend another wonderful time here.

Relaxing Family Getaway

It was a pleasure to stay at the Santana Lake House. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the house, the amenities, and the beautiful view. We took advantage of opening up the glass window panels on the 3rd floor and sat and ate and played games all the while with a beautiful view and warm breeze. The hot tub was clean and it was the perfect ending to our days at the lake. We used the passes to access the community park which offered so much more than a playground and it is right around the corner. The owners thought of everything and we felt right at home. Will definitely come back!

What a GEM!!

This property is a true gem! My family loved every minute of our stay. Truly, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell the owners really thought of everything and made it extra nice for kids, with baby gates, high chair and other various toddler gear. The house is spacious. We got to feed the deer- a definite highlight for the kids! The walk on the lighted footpath at night all the way to the very nice dock was delightful! We used all of the water toys including the 2 person kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We didn't get a chance to try the two story swing, but we will definitely come back for future stays. This is an A++ property

Perfect fun family weekend

This was a wonderful setting for a big family gathering to celebrate a special birthday. We had adults, young children and dogs and they ALL enjoyed this beautiful nest on the lake. Everything was very clean and comfortable and all needs were provided for. This house even had an elevator for those who find stairs difficult to navigate. My only advisement for those who do have older family members or family members with mobility impairments is that while the house is well outfitted for such guests, the surrounding area is less so. This is a comment on Lago Vista/Point Venture in general, not the house itself. Navigating to the main boathouse where you can rent boats and jet skis, or have a nice dinner, involves an incredible amount of stairs. So if your group includes someone with mobility challenges, it would be better to center activities at the house, which luckily is a wonderful place to be! I mention just so you may prepare if you find yourself fortunate enough to spend some time at this lovely home.
