We stayed here for a girl's college room mate reunion. Place was great, hiply furnished very clean with good linens too. Walkable to so many eateries and boutiques and about a mile to downtown and everything around Ladybird Lake. Great stay!

My friends and I (7 total) stayed here during our time at ACL. It’s about a 45 min walk to and from Zilker Park and conveniently located around lots of bars and restaurants.

Fun Times in SOCO

This home was very clean, attractive and in a safe, fun neighborhood. We were so close to great food and attractions. All of the beds were really comfortable, which is important when you're away from home. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Felt like home

I don’t know what it was about this house, but it felt like home. This was the second time using the Rental Club and they have been the best so far as far as stocking the house with the bare essentials. The location was great. We walked down to 1st street for coffee and some cool shops. Also walked to South Congress will absolutely look to stay here again.

ACL Weekend Stay

This property and its management are incredible. The online description and pictures were accurate, and any questions that I had before our stay were answered with detail by the property management. I would like to give a special thank you to DeAnna. Prior to our stay, she called and gave advice and recommendations for our ACL plans. She even had hats, water bottles, sunscreen, and other goodies set up for us at the house upon arrival. The house was close enough to ride scooters or walk to Zilker Park for ACL - 10/10!

The place is nice, easy to find, and in a good location that met our needs. The only knocks are 1. We turned on the ice maker only to find out the next day that it leaks. Would have been nice to know that was why it was shut off 2 house needs some minor repairs 3. Listing and the ‘book’ state there are smart TV’s in each room. This is not the case. Not a problem but don’t say it if it’s not true. Would stay again

Perfect Location

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect. Walked to restaurants and shopping with ease. Including a photo of the outside because we had a little trouble deciding which house it was when we first arrived. House was exactly as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable and all was very clean. Tip: Go see someone at the Continental Club. We went on Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed it. Love the history.

Short and very sweet stay

Came down for our annual ACL Fest outing and location was perfect. Me and my husband, my niece and her friend (both high school seniors) all loved the house and surrounding neighborhoods. We walked home from the Fest each night, too (tho in fairness, it’s a hike ;) ). Super easy check in and out, great outdoor space, convenient parking. Plenty of room for all of us, and would’ve suited more easily. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly what they say and what the picture show. Plenty of space very clean. I had a question about the TV/Wi-Fi and it was answered within seconds with a text. You can walk to A variety of things right from the house.

Perfect Austin Getaway

I have had some uncomfortable experiences with vacation rentals, but this one restored my faith in the non-hotel option. Our group of grown siblings + grown kids + 1 prospective Longhorn (7 people total) had the best & most comfortable time staying in this house on our cousin's anniversary party weekend. We have varying levels of experience Austin, and chose it for the location because proximity to UT, shopping and exploring SoCo was important--especially for the grown kids who currently live in NYC. They were not disappointed! Every destination was very easily accessible as well. The house was impeccably cleaned, neatly designed and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. We easily parked 3 cars (including a full sized truck) in the driveway. The street is definitely quiet, which we appreciated. Michaela, our concierge, was prompt & super helpful. We were really grateful she arranged for a slightly easier check in time for us, which was nice because we had had long travel days. Would love to come back during warmer weather to take advantage of the back yard. I will recommend this to anyone I know needs a place to stay in Austin.
