Great Place

Perfect home

Fantastic home away from home!

Baseball Stay

Met our needs

We were traveling with four senior citizens one aged 89 and one aged 93 so the main level 4 bedroom layout was perfect for that. The only issues were 1 hall bathroom serving 3 bedrooms with narrow doorway that did not accommodate walker, and a very steep driveway which made it very challenging for the older guests to get in and out of house. We had to load and unload them in the garage which we did not have a remote for.

Great setup for family/friends

Beautiful setup in upscale neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed foosball and TV console games. Would highly recommend if in this area

Nice and easy

We enjoyed our stay. We were coming in for a business event and had several adults. The three bathrooms was a plus as well as the number of beds. Nice place would like to stay again. We left a note for you did you get it?

The house of Joy

Its is always a perfect location for all your needs from close grocery stores ,hospitals and shopping etc. Its perfect ! My famly loves this house . We have a lot of family all over . The owner is very sweet and helpful. And very easy to contact.

This house is clean, conveniently located and well equipped with Smart TVs, and new stove, fridge, washer, dryer. Joy is a very responsive and helpful host, promptly answering the couple of questions I had.

Great home

The house was open and spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have their own space. Game room was a hit. Kitchen was completely stocked with basically anything we would need! Laundry room had plenty of detergent. This was by far above and beyond most other places that we have stayed. I would definitely stay again.

5 Star House - 5 Star Host

We attended a family wedding in Hutto and could not have picked a better house for our stay. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. It was very kid friendly with a playroom and toys. It was also extremely well appointed and stocked - plenty of towels, dishes, etc. As a bonus, there was a nice assortment of snacks which were greatly appreciated by everyone. The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible to major thoroughfares. I would highly recommend this property as it was the best STR experience we've ever had.

Clean, well laid out property that met our family needs extremely well. Bright and open living spaces and the home was very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets , towels etc. We were in Round Rock for a Celebration of Life so having 3 bathrooms ensured everyone could get ready for the event without fighting over bathrooms! 😀

1st Blended Family Trip

Our overall impression of this property... GOALS! We were blown away at the accommodations, space, and cleanliness of this home. It had everything we needed and then some. Plus, it was near all of the activities that we planned for our family-- 28 mins from Lake Travis and only 13 mins from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark. We are super inspired to purchase our forever home together after staying here. We are newlyweds, so this experience helped bring our blended family closer together :) The only con was that the A/C was subpar. With the summer heat, it would've been nice to have cooler temperatures inside the home.. it stayed at around 76 our entire stay. However, there were ceiling fans in all the rooms so it helped a bit.

Spacious, Beautiful Home

This house exceeded our expectations. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and it was so nice for our entire family (6 adults and 2 kids) to be able to stay in this nice house. It is even more spacious and beautiful than in the pictures. All bedrooms and 2 full baths are downstairs, which was nice for the elderly in our family. The upstairs has a game room and full bath, which was great for the kids to enjoy. This house is VERY spacious and immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked and open to the exceptionally large living room. With a large sectional sofa and chairs, there was more than enough space for our group. It is not your typical rental – the furnishings, appliances, décor, etc were what you might choose to purchase in your own home – high end and tasteful. And, everything you could possibly need was considered by this host – extra mattress, air mattresses, pack and play, lots of extra linens and towels, fans to use in the bedrooms, plenty of toiletries, iron and laundry room, labeled light switches and directions on TV use, and a fully stocked kitchen, with plenty of ice, coffee, etc. There was even a basket on the counter with scissors, tape, etc.. so that you were sure not to miss them should you need it. We also appreciated the 2 car garage attached to the house. And Joy was very responsive to any questions. Bonus: we noticed a little jack rabbit in the backyard in the mornings – it was a delight to watch. The house is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc.. in the area, and not far from I-35. If needing a house in the area again, we would definitely choose this one. In fact, I loved it so much, I wish I could move into the house!
