Vacation was a bust - but I had a cozy place to stay! Unfortunately, there was a cold snap and ice storm while I was in Austin. Fortunately, the Austin Vacation rental was a very comfy place to be confined to. The fridge held my essential groceries, the couch was comfy and Netflix worked like a charm. The location was great - when the ice melted enough to drive around - and ABGB and CVS were in walking distance.

The condo was clean and cozy for us. We enjoyed how close it was to uber to Zilker park and other nearby places like south congress. Prime location for Austin city limits!

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing. Upon arrival, the key access information had not been provided, which delayed check-in. When we did get in, the unit had not been cleaned — there were piles of used towels on the floor, bed linens from prior guests still on the beds, dirty dishes, and food left on the stove. There were also no fresh towels, toilet paper, or basic toiletries available.Attempts to reach the host by phone were unsuccessful; communication was limited to email, which delayed resolution. Cleaning staff eventually came while we stepped out, but despite specifically informing them that the food in the refrigerator was ours, those items were removed. Even after cleaning, the unit was still missing basic supplies such as toilet paper and toiletries.Overall, the lack of preparation, delayed communication, and missing essentials made for a very poor guest experience.

The perfect property for our girl's trip! Very clean, great space, and an awesome location too! Convenient to so many fun things or a short Uber ride to anywhere. Tobin was a great host and we will definitely stay again when we're back in Austin!

Great Location & space

I traveled into Austin for Memorial Day Weekend. The location is perfect. There was plenty of space for 4 people and it was only 3 of us. Great communication for directions prior to arrival and transparency with laundry amenities. The only thing missing was shampoo.
