The space is primarily set up for guests and the entire space is yours to enjoy.
The Neighborhood:
This lovely property is in the middle of everything. With only a 12min drive to Downtown and 11mins to The Domain. You are in the heart of it all. This property is right next to the Mopac Expy, a Fitness Centre and Hospital.
Other Things to Note:
• POOL has been converted into a courtyard.
• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check-out) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
