No hot water and he couldn’t get the gas turned on while we were there. So we had to leave, he stated he would return our trip, but still no progress or response on that. Cute place could use some maintenance with one ac and light fixtures. Would have been fine if the owner would have responded better and most of all had hot water.. good luck.
