Place was nice!! The people above were quite loud though unfortunately :’( there were also some roaches, one huge one and one tiny one. But over all it was very nice and easy to access!

Great stay!

Was there for two weeks. Great location, walkable to downtown, multiple places to eat within a block ranging from cheap and fast to some of the best in Austin. Convenience store across street offers basic necessities Aging property but the unit appears recently renovated. Passable gym, solid pool, and the rooftop is awesome.In unit washer/dryer functions but is on the low end. Communal washer dryer offers high end options.GREAT dog park. The unit is plenty big to hang around but not big enough if you plan to host.

Austin getaway

The apartment was great for our trip, just a few things that made it a little inconvenient. There isn’t seating in the living room for 4 adults to sit comfortably and watch TV. There are only 2 pillows on each bed with decorative shams on them. It felt strange to sleep on the decorative pillows, but nothing else was provided to sleep on. There aren’t extra blankets. Check out time is 10am, which is even earlier than a hotel does and there wasn’t the ability to check out later. If you have a later flight you will be stuck waiting in the lounge or hauling all your luggage around in an uber. The apartment Needed extra supplies like paper towels and trash bags. Very limited supply was provided. We appreciated the coffee and the Brita water pitcher that was provided. We had to Instacart other kitchen items.
