Short day trip

We went to a concert at moody center and avoided the traffic by being able to walk. It is in the other side of the highway from the venue but very doable. The house was perfect for our short overnight stay. Very comfortable beds.

Small House near UT / Moody Center - Austin

Very nicely updated small house with lots of character. Good location near the Moody Center as we stayed there for a concert on a weekday. Comfortable beds, clean kitchen. Very cute little house.

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and well kept. I would say 4.5 stars would have been my choice. only a few minor adjustments would have made it more home away from home and 5 stars. I would stay again if I were back in the area again.

Nice place close to UT

Perfect spot for what I needed. Had a weeklong event at UT and it was less than a 5min drive and 15min walk. Super convenient.The house has everything required. Kitchen was stocked, beds were comfortable, WiFi works, plenty of streaming apps on the TV. Door code is for the front door if you are like me and try the back door first!

It was a great place and great location to some food hot spots as well UT campus. Minor note if you are prepping your own food the dishes pots and pans are much better than other airbnbs I have stayed at. The TV had all the streaming services which was awesome. If I am in Austin again I would gladly rebook!

UT football trip

Nice little place to stay if needed to hit up UT. 1 mile from football stadium but an easy walk or uber. Place clean and nice 2br/1bath. 2 full beds, nice linen and very comfortable soft mattress. A few small changes would make this place 10/10 but it was still a great stay. Got hot at night so bring a fan if you get hot. Some ceiling fans and a different coffee table would make this place 10/10 fyi no laundry tho was not needed.

Amazing Home Right In the Perfect Austin location!!

We absolutely loved, loved our stay in this cute little house! It literally was in the most perfect spot in Austin to be able to get everywhere we needed & wanted to go! The living room was great with a huge flat screen to watch the World Series on in between our daughters wedding festivities! The beds are so comfortable and it felt like home to us the week we were there! The only little thing is there are no closets and no place to put your clothes so they have to stay in your suitcase but we made it work! I would 10000% recommend this home for your stay in Austin! Plus the owners were awesome to work with !! Can't wait to come back in April y'all !!

Olander Stay

Our stay was good and the management was very responsive. We didn't have enough towels or a bathmat, and when I let the management know, they brought more towels and a bathmat to the place, which we greatly appreciated. The home is very centrally located and close to downtown. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Also a good place to park a car that is shaded and has a gate. TV was very big and lots of options. For a 5 star rating, it would be nice if the kitchen were better stocked with good coffee (not Maxwell House), and the basics (salt, pepper, oil, sugar). Also the yard needs some attention. There were construction left overs in the back yard and no place to sit. Otherwise a very nice spot.

Lacking amenities

The house was very nice and comfortable. Inconvenienced by being given the wrong codes to enter house. Received the right code upon calling management company. The kitchen had 3 bowls and 4 plates with most being chipped. No glasses, spatulas, serving spoons, no serving bowls, drain rack. 2 out of 4 towels were very low quality, and smelled like they were right off the store shelf. Only 1 hand towel. Spoke with phone rep about the lack of hand towels and 2 very poor quality towels. Told they will let owners know. Felt more like a hotel suite due to kitchen lacking dishware and other needed equipment. At a hotel, I could have asked for more hand, and replacement of the 2 awful bath towels. Rep knew that the coffee pot did not match the machine. Had to prop pot with dish in order to get coffee to drip. I have rented a several homes in Austin. This is the first that wasn't with a properly equipped kichen. Then the lack of hand towels and the 2 poor quality dirty smelling bath towels. It was avery expensive stay, about $225 a day. We were there 5 days. Expected more care to be given to make our time there more comfortable. Will avoid this management company for future stays. I come to Austin 2- 3 times each year.
