About this space
A cheap uber or short bike ride to townlake, downtown, UT, Longhorn games, the Moody Center & more. Walk to eastside bars and restaurants.

Wake-up and grab a coffee at the neighboring Bennu coffeeshop. Do it for the gram at the Austin famous ‘You’re My Butter Half’ mural. Walk a little further to Manor and top restaurants like Dai Due & Bird Bird Biscuit. Enjoy the disco vibes at Outer Heaven nightclub just a 1/2 mile away.
The space
Updated two-story townhome located in a quiet neighborhood with off the street parking. One bedroom on the main, two upstairs and two full baths.

There is a digital lock on the door making it easy to come and go. All areas of the unit are available for use as well as the private backyard.
