I booked a room, drove all the way from the airport to the hotel and they cancelled my room, when I arrived the person there had locked the door and smelled like medical cannabis. It might have been the worst experience of my 47 years on this planet. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This was our first visit to Austin and we found the hotel to be very beautiful and comfortable. Which had every kind of facility and we all enjoyed it very much and we also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee, and fill kitchen in room. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a one (Spanish) girl at the reception who received us with great respect. She is a very helpful and polite girl. Personally, I and my family thank her from the bottom of my heart. We would like to know her name and would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts and will definitely stay at the hotel next time we come. We forgot to ask for his name, but when we checked out, it was written on our checking receipt (EAGuil)

They canceled our room day of with no notice until we arrived. Staff couldn’t have been less helpful. No manager to talk to and only one worker in the whole hotel. They weren’t accommodating or understanding at all. Employee said we were one of 6 same day cancellations. If it weren’t for Expedia we would’ve had no place to stay.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I reserved my room in advance. I drove six hours hoping to have a good night's rest. When I arrived I tried to contact from desk. After about 15 minutes I finally got a hold of the front desk. I was then told that my reservation was canceled by the manager and given to someone else. It was wistful 12 at night too so finding another room somewhere else was hard enough as it took me an hour to do so. I DROVE 6 HOURS! They told me the manager was supposed to reach out to me and let me know but THEY DID NOT. DONT EVER EVER think booking with them as there is no guarantee you will have your room ready. They did not care that I DROVE SIX HOURS.
