"The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was responsive to issues, but the cleanliness of the house wasn’t what we hoped for the money we spent. The rec room was also poorly equipped."

"We loved our stay! The location was perfect for exploring the area (Mammoth Caves, Diamond Caverns, Kentucky Down Under, Lost River Cavern). It was great to have some space for the kids to run around, and staying next to the horse ranch was a unique experience. We loved seeing the horses in the morning and in the moonlight. Great value, would definitely recommend for a family (or 2) visiting Mammoth Caves. "

"We stayed here for two nights and while the location was convenient, the room had several issues. The amount of things plugged into one outlet via 2 different powerstrips (tv, microwave, refrigerator and some type of cablebox) seemed pretty unsafe. There were dead bugs on the floor and spiderwebs on the walls. A few baseboard pieces were missing in the bathroom, and there was black grime around the baseboards, also we noticed some doobious drips running down one of the walls. The floor was quite dirty — after my shower, my feet were black by the time I reached the bed. On top of that, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly enough, but between the cleanliness problems and the uncomfortable bed, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless I had no other options."

"This quaint little farmhouse was easily the most cared for, well thought out and accommodating home I’ve stayed in. It is clear there was a lot of love put into this property over the years and I would highly encourage staying here to anyone."

"This was a perfect spot for our family of 7 to stop on our way south for spring break. The farm is beautiful and the animals were adorable. The hosts were just as sweet as could be and made the experience for our kids even better by letting them pitch in and teaching them the animal care. The kitchen is quite small, but the big screened in porch balanced that out. Beds are super squeaky but comfy. There is lots of space to walk around and explore. The cave was super cool! Just be aware... it's a private outdoor cave-there are salamanders and crayfish and spiders (oh-my) that were there 1st. We all loved it and would definitely go back if we're in the area. Thank you!"
