“Absolutely terrible customer service. Booking was double booked and cancelled on day of travel. Mistake was only admitted to after check in time. No offer of compensation and no offer of alternative accommodation. Still waiting to receive a refund”

“Excellent accommodation that was perfect for our family of five. The home was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything, and check-in and communication with the owner were easy and seamless. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the wine, chocolates, breakfast hamper, and coffee machine with pods. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.”
