“Easy to find, check in & comfortable room ”

“The apartment itself, the location and amenities were spot on. Conveniently located, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Unfortunately the property let's it's self down when it comes to cleanliness. The bedding and pillows in the main bedroom in particular was smelly, the towels were tiny, the tea towel in the kitchen stunk. Whilst there was powder for the dishwasher, dishwashing liquid would have been handy for the couple of cups and plates we used. The cushions on the……

“Close to shops and amenities ”

“A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient. However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel……

“24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all.”
