“Very lovely unit, clean, comfortable and private. Shower was exceptionally good!”

“Pet friendly which is important for us, a four legged companion didn't have easy access outside, we struggled with the staircase a little, otherwise very good, close to shops, walking tracks, etc.”

“The floor could have done with a vacuum, lots of black hairs. Bathroom bin wasn't emptied and only half a roll of toilet paper. But otherwise it's a great spot and much nicer than the equivalent hotel I think.”

“Great views and location (access to the lake for walks, Belconnen markets and University of Canberra). The unit was roomy and warm. Unfortunately there was not enough crockery for guests staying for a longer period as we did, and the crockery, cutlery and cookware were pretty poor standard. Checking in and out was a bit of a process but we had very clear instructions. Great to have access to a car park. Would have been handy to have 2 keys to the property for 2 guests.”

“Apartment war sehr verschmutzt und abgewirtschaftet. Es könnte eine Grundsanierung und Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Parkplatz war schwierig zu finden.”

“The home was beautifully curated in content, both for use of equipment and visual enjoyment. There was plenty of space for 5 of us and the design separation of rooms was really well done.Having a lovely garden both front and back to provide privacy and light within the home was appreciated.Overall, we had a great stay. ”

“Clean and comfortable with plenty of space good weekend away”

“Great comm with the host. The property is clean and in convenient location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants.”

“Convenient. Parking definitely appreciated, especially having room for two (despite initial confusion with numbering). Unit felt private. Tenants met in lifts and parking were all very polite and friendly. Great city views.”

“The property was immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and spacious with very high ceilings and well-appointed. The location was centrally located in Woden, quiet, with Westfield and many places to eat (and drink) within a short walking distance.”

“Very happy with the accommodation, and very well positioned for shopping”

“Loved it”

“Overall very good apartment. Bed/matress was way too soft. Entry instructions need to be more specific because we went around the back to a different courtyard and couldn't get in initially and had to ask a random resident.”

“We had a late booking due to surgery at ACT. The booking went through in minutes and we were on our way. Instructions easy to follow. The unit was clean and in a great spot. ”

“The proces was easy the codes were given to access the premises. The place was clean and well looked after. This property is close to hospitals, shopping centre and food outlets. Very happy with the stay would use again in the future.”

“Clean apartment, good location. Just had some issues with internet and cleanliness with the shared spaces which were out of our hosts control.”
