"Rooms were cleaned but not till very late early evening. Room was not well equiped for boiling kettle. Only power was on the floor in an inconvenient spot. Luggage rack was broken. Telephone didn’t work. Hot water not always available at night for showers. Internet intermittent and not available at all New Year’s Eve. No info in the room with regard the hotel or surroundings. I’ve stayed here many times previously and disappointed this time. "

"Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait')."
