“I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend……

“We stayed here for the 1st time in april on our way to Greece. Very nice hotel, such nice beds, great staff. After 22.30 you can use the side entrance which leads straight to the parking lot. If needed there is also a garage.
In August we had a small appartment with kitchen. It has a separate closet area and large bathrooms. Would recommend highly.”

“Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony.
When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast.
Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust.
Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful.
Even though I explained I have a disability……
