「The room is clean & neat, with full kitchen that we can use for cooking (save much from eating out!) The young lady in reception is nice & helpful, proactively explaining the sightseeing point around the area, she also gave advices on the "dangerous" areas reminding us not to go alone at night... Though the people are off at weekend, and there is no cleaning service throughout. But provided with the cheap price, it's a nice one overall.」

「The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed to relax after a day skiing. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put away. The bathroom was basic, but provided a lovely warm shower and the hotel spa facilities were good, although the outdoor pool could have been a bit warmer. 「Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. 」
