"Gîte proposant 3 belles et grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle d’eau et ses toilettes. Les communs dans un autre bâtiment adjacent auquel on accède par l’extérieur sont plus petits mais chaleureux. Le jardin, règne de la biodiversité, offre plusieurs zones de repos ou d’isolement. La maison est ancienne certes mais présente un peu trop de toiles d’araignées à mon goût ! Merci pour l’accueil et la disponibilité de Julie et d’Abel."

"Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, courant mars. Le gîte est fonctionnel et, une fois le chauffage mis, agréable. Il est très bien situé, à la fois sur la route vers Vezelay et pourtant au calme. Il est clair qu'il y a beaucoup de choses que nous aurions pu faire si nous n'avions pas été sur une simple étape. Nos hôtes étaient très accueillants. Comme certains l'ont dit, gîte rustique. Correspond bien à l'ambiance du coin : nous sommes à la campagne!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison ancienne mais avec confort optimal. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Je recommande pour quelques jours. Pensez à prévoir des serviettes qui ne sont pas inclues (les draps si) et des dosettes de café tassimo (ou sinon du café moulu). La remise de l'appartement et le départ a été très facile. "When we walked in the bed was unmade.. which made me question if it was changed at all after previous guests.. when we moved bed cover there was someone’s t-shirt… NO towels at all, no fridge/coffee/microwave (just be aware) and AC made a huge puddle on the floor only after several hours running. Thank you for the t-shirt, previous owner. What we will wake up to in the morning I wonder."

"We booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 10 PM. The owner and his family were very friendly. The hotel is close to A6 Highway, which was convenient. Although the hotel isn't large, we noticed the restaurant was bustling with guests enjoying their meals when we arrived. Unfortunately, we had already eaten, but we definitely wish we could have tried their Indian cuisine! The room was simple yet elegant. While there was no air conditioning, the room was pleasantly cool, and we didn't even need to use the fan provided. Considering the price, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!"

"This hotel worked for us in that it was roughly halfway on our journey to the south of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in. The hotel itself is quite tired and needs some modernisation. Restaurant was not open the evening we were there but the Local town of Avallon had plenty of pleasant restaurants available. "
