A11 - Bahia Vista Condo

Spacious two-level condo with all tile floor downstairs and a small patio off the living room. Master bedroom with 3/4 bath, second bedroom with small balcony, full bath in hall, and all wood laminate floors upstairs. Extra bedding is a single sofa sleeper and a single aerobed. A total of 1233 sq. feet.


This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).


Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Queen bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Twin Sofa Sleeper + Twin Aerobed

***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.

This place is adequate. It definitely needs updating for what you’re paying in my opinion. The pool has been out of commission for a few years which is ridiculous. The condo needed to be stocked with kitchen towels (there were none - I shouldn’t have to ask) and NEW sponges for the kitchen not old sponges. Lots of old pots and pans and kitchen gadgets in the kitchen and no kitchen vent! The owners have LOTS of locked cabinets in the condo for their things which is fine but they know what this place looks like- lol

Just Ok but expected a little more

It worked out fine but the kids were looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi after boating with family and that was empty. We had a leak in one of the showers that came through to th down stairs. The management new right away what I was talking about. Said they could try to fix it but we opted to just use 1 shower and let them do it when we were gone. I could not find where to take the trash when we were leaving so I had to leave that for the cleaning crew. (A map would be nice) I felt bad rushing out and leaving that. But it served its purpose and my family had fun with their cousins and aunts and uncles.

island getaway :)

property was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us....pool and spa was enjoyed after a day of boating and water fun...always nice to have fresh coffee at home even if your going out to breakfast...the entire complex was nicely maintained and clean. Only thing we missed was a BBQ.
