Enjoy a full bedroom and bath, kitchen, and dedicated inside laundry. Roam around Avalon's many scenic places in our golf cart included for guests. Cook meals in the full-size kitchen and dine outdoors on the spacious balcony. Guests enjoy full access to the pool, spa, fitness facilities, mini-golf, tennis and badminton in this 24/7 guarded community. You will love the huge balcony, perfect for that summer bbq and the full kitchen which opens into the dining area. The family room opens to a balcony and peek-a-boo view of the ocean. This building is in perfect proximity of the pool, spa, ocean and sand volleyball courts. The large bedroom with another set of French doors opens to the balcony, and the bathroom has both a tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Come and enjoy the best of the island at this piece of paradise.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Used sheets or towels in the tub. Trash bins are open to everyone and not condo-specific. Top off fuel for the golf cart. The gas station is a scenic drive from the condo. Card only. Many thanks!
If any extra cleaning required, or the gas tank isn't filled up($25), guest will incur a fee depending on what it is. In case of special circumstance, please let us know so that we work something out.
Return golf cart with full tank to its parking spot.

Great place to stay on your visit to Catalina Island

Great location with golf cart to explore the island. Good view of the ocean. Not many steps to get to the condo. I would stay there again in the future!

Best way to experience Avalon!

Amazing place to stay! The views were beautiful. White buildings with clay roof tiles. These houses are built on the hillside and it looks like you’re out in Greece! The property has a private beach, mini golf course, tennis courts, gym, pool and spa for all the residents/ renters all with a ocean view. Avalon gets a little crazy with all the tourists and Hamilton Cove were with VRBO is at js away from the tourists. It’s nice and mellow over here. The best part was the golf cart. Having access to one 24/7 was HUGE! Our favorite part of the trip was driving all around the island. Definitely would recommend this VRBO to any one. I wish I was still there!
