The Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the included Continental Breakfast was well-stocked. Good location toward the northern end of Avalon, so not in a noisy or very busy area, yet easy walking to all of Avalon.

Our room was amazing! We stayed on the third floor and loved having a balcony. There was also a cute courtyard adjacent to the hotel that added to the overall charm. We had dinner at the restaurant, M, and everything was incredible. The espresso martinis were the best, and dinner was absolutely amazing. There were three couples on this trip, and we all loved the hotel. I 100% recommend it! I had a wonderful birthday weekend and can’t wait to come back.

They had Champagne in our room for our 40th anniversary, chocolates and turndown every night. Friendly and responsive staff. Helped set up a taxi for day of check out as well as recommended a great place for massages and other fun activities. Already planning our next trip back.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, Vanessa at the reception desk is an absolute sweetheart. She is friendly and helpful to everyone no matter what time you check in or out. Also the hotel is smack in the middle of a cute small shopping center.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was helpful and courteou. The room was clean and also the bathroom. The bed was a bit hard for me (some people would love firm mattress) Wonderful view on the rooftop hot tub was indeed hot! Free continental breakfast was delicious. Used the common microwave near the front desk to re-heat our food. Water refilling station was also available in the lobby. Perfect location, close to everything. We love this hotel! Will come back and highly recommend it!
