"Air conditioning was good. My husband is disabled and we had a room next to the side door with parking at the door. It was very convenient for him."

"This property just opened when we stayed. We were the first ones to ever stay in the room we stayed in. The very best! Staff were amazing."

"Room was not cleaned properly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower, in the sheets. Staff was worrried about ordering their dinner instead of checking us in. We were told the hot tub would be up and running when we stayed. It was not open. There's only a washer and dryer on floor 2 and 3 so i had to keep going back and forth between the floors to do laundry. The breakfast was fully stocked but the cook bagged up trash with gloves on and went back to cooking the food with the same gloves on. We went to the front to ask about laundry and there was a pregnant woman who answered us rudely. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and the walls are paper thin. The kids in the room next to us were literally screaming and running around until 2am and we couldn't sleep. "

"As soon as we walked into the room we saw massive white stains on the top cover and while we were there had a big roach crawl over the tv. The carpet in the room in some areas were sticky. "
