Objekt doppelt vergeben

Hallo, leider konnte ich das Objekt nicht beziehen da es schon von einer Dame bezogen war ,die das selbige ueber Airbnb gebucht hatte. Ich bin sehr enttauescht und sehr sauer.Ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut den Urblaub in Aveiro zu verbringen.Die Bewertung welche ich abgebe basiert sich auf die Fotos die ich auf der Website von Fewodirekt gesehen habe.ich habe das objekt kurz gesehen und es sah sauber aus. Icb konnte mich nicht sofort um dasProblem kuemmern da mein Telefon kaputt ging. Leider war es unmoeglich eine Telefonnummer zu finden von Guestready. Ich haette gerne mein Geld so schnell wie moeglich zurueck. Die Dame welche im selben Haus zur Miete wohnt hat mir geholfen an fie Telefonnummer eines gewissen Jaime zu kommen.Dieser befindet sich jedoch im Urlaub und gab mir die Nummer des Unternehmens. Bitte kuemmern Sie sich darum,ich bin noch in Lissabon und moechte mich von dem ganzen erholen und nicht in der Telefonwarteschleife des Unternehmens haengen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Nathalie Maas
