This is the best value hotel in the city of Aveiro. Clean and large rooms, helpful staff, great location and reasonable priced.

The hotel is about 10~15 minute walk from the city centre. In the other direction you can reach the train station and bus station. While it is within walking distance, it is better to use taxi if you have luggage. It is clean and well-maintained. A safe is provided in the room, despite it is not mentioned in the specification. There is no coffee/tea facility in the room though. It doesn't have a restaurant for lunch/dinner but does provide sufficient space for breakfast. There are enough choices for breakfast, while not being overwhelming. Not all staff are fluent in English. Nevertheless, they are all very helpful. With the help of Google Translate, there is no problem in communication. 1 night we were disturbed by TV noise from a neightbouring room. A quick Google Translate and visit to the reception solved the problem straightaway. In conclusion we are quite pleased with the stay.

The front desk employees were absolutely terrific, very helpfull and would make reservatios, help us find good local resturants, help with the computer , nothing was too much when helping us out. The property is ten minutes walk from downtown along the beautiful canals and parks. Discounts for local attractions. The room was cleaned perfectly daily, large and very comfortable. Two things I would skip is breakfast, not quality enough,poor coffee and the bar, no wine , unstaffed and poorly stoked with no snacks. A coffe and tea facility in the room would have been nice. The room, employees and location make this hotel a pleasant stay.

The beds were super comfortable and rooms very clean. The hotel was at one time quite fancy - and is well kept- the marble staircase was impressive. The staff could be more personable - one lady was more friendly. And the location was ok - backed up on apartments- it’s a bit out of range to the tourist spots yet close to some amazing restaurants. The coziness of the bed made up for it all.
