「Staff were lovely. Breakfaat offered a great variety. Pastries crispy and delicious. Easy walk to palace and train to naples. Rooms good size. Bathrooms lively. Skhowet great Pillows on thin side but loved our stay.」

「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. 」

「Amazing! Clean! Attentive! Would stay again!」

「The tub was an unexpected pleasure for the last day of travel between Greece and Italy. The Staff was very helpful and provided a shuttle service to downtown Naples for shopping and sites. The driver gave us great recommendation for lunch at Antonio e Antonio. Great experience.」

「Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general」

「Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival.
