“This property is stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants just below with delicious food. The rooms are filled with natural light. We stayed in the red horse suite, incredible! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of drinking water in your room when you arrive and a few steps away in the kitchen, you’re able to refill the bottles yourself. In the same space there’s coffee and tea, cookies too. “Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico. Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar. All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. ”

“Great location and right above a lovely restaurant in Parque de Mexico. Gym on the rooftop could have been equipped with more machines and the complimentary washing machine didn’t really do much to the non sports clothes, but we really enjoyed this accommodation due to its location in Condessa.”

“Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed (utensils, glassware, cookware, etc). Would definitely stay again!”
