「Staff were horrible to deal with. Ended our reservation early and charged for damages I did not do.called the police when I asked to see evidence that it was me who damaged the OUTSIDE of my door when I had clear evidence it was not damaged by me. Crooks」

「This hostel is planned and professionally built to be a proper hostel. It is very central. Just the opposite to the ADO bus terminal, from where anyone can access into the hostel in 5 minutes, and to get the airport shuttle bus or to get the bus for Chichen Itza. Rooms are air conditioned. Best thing is all rooms have their own separate toilet and bathroom. The have very good community area , well equipped kitchen and a roof top swimming pool.
