"Jacuzzi in room did not work, no towel bars or hooks, and no luggage racks in room. Took several hours to get one when requested. Otherwise, had a deluxe king room in tower, but we were on first floor next to registration. Room size was very good. Room Service breakfast was delivered quickly and was delicious. Grounds were clean and well kept."

"The property is beautiful, rooms are great, and the beds are sublime. Great sheets - would love to get them for home! We walked the grounds each day and enjoyed the views from every location - architecture, landscape, vineyards were all gorgeous. We had breakfast at Bouquet both mornings we were there - truffle brioche sandwich and burrata toast are highly recommended. They should bottle their truffle aoli! We used their massage partner Soothe for in room couple massages and it was perfect! So easy and what a treat not to have to leave the room! Great way to start your day!"

I had a big problem with my reservation thru hotels.com somehow it was overbooked although i had reservations a month prior to arrival. they only allowed us to stay one night when after taking a red eye and traveling was highly disappointed. so if you truly want to book a vacation. for directly with hotel or you are taking a chance of having your reservation cancelled. this has haoppened to me twice thru hotels.com so not sure if its the resort or hotel.com not communicating rooms available but either way last time i use hotels.com unless its day of"

"Lovely home w 5-star accommodations. You will love this place. My entire family stayed for a wedding and we could host brunch and dinner. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will absolutely stay again when visiting wine country. I really can’t say enough good things about this rental. Memories made. Thank you! "

"The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay."

"Our stay was memorable. We did however notice the patio/back door screen was broken, lights over island not working, and general cleanliness of floors questionable as our feet were blackened from walking around on floors. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. "
