“Maison partagée avec les propriétaires, non précisé dans l’annonce. Manque de liberté de part et d'autre . Cuisine, salon, télévision, terrasse communs .. Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. Belle prestation par ailleurs.”

“Sejour remarquable. Tomaso et le reste du staff sont d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité a tout épreuve. Le breakfeast est fantastique et les conseils pour les restaurants alentours parfait. Tout le nécessaire (transats parasols glacieres) vous est fourni pour aller sur la plage, velos a disposition. J'y retournerai certainement en juin 2024 pour profiter de la station balnéaire.”

“Ho soggiornato in questa casa con altre otto persone ed é stata una bella esperienza. La casa era molto spaziosa, perfetta per ospitare un gruppo numeroso. Ogni stanza era ben curata e accogliente, e gli spazi comuni, come il soggiorno e la cucina, erano ampi e ben attrezzati.
La comunicazione con chi gestisce la proprietà è stata ottima, sono stati sempre disponibili e rapidi nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Anche la posizione è stata ottima. La casa è situata in una zona centrale, a pochi……

“La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). ”

“È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere.
Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario.
Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli).
E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at Mirco’s house. The villa was beautiful, well-equipped (including for those traveling with infants), clean and comfortable. The pool and wood-fired pizza oven were a big hit! Would highly recommend!”

“C'était incroyable! La location était impeccable, très propre! “Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa sehr genossen! Haus und Pool waren fantastisch, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pizzaofen und der Grill neben dem Pool waren super.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr abgelegen, dafür aber herrlich ruhig und idyllisch. Wenn man aber zurück auf der Straße ist (was etwas dauert), ist man auch in 5 Minuten in Ceglie Messapica. Ein hübscher Ort, der alles bietet.
Annie ist der perfekte Ansprechpartner vor und während des……

“La casa è deliziosa e confortevole, il giardino con i pini offre ombra e fresco anche nelle giornate più calde; il delizioso porticato fa passare la voglia di cenare al ristorante.
Infine Hardy, il proprietario, è molto gentile e premuroso (all'arrivo abbiamo trovato vino per noi e cibo per il nostro cane) ; anche nei giorni successivi è stato attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglierei la scelta ad amici.”
