My wife and I stayed here for the first time and we loved having the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Room was clean, and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay here again for sure.

We stayed on the first floor. The room looked recently remodeled with new carpet. Everything was very clean and everyone we talked to at the front desk were really nice.

Cool place. Felt a little dated. There was a hint of tobacco smell in the room even though they claimed it’s non smoking. But that’s understandable.

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the middle of refreshing all of our rooms. The facility does follow state standards and is in fact non smoking facility. We unfortunately are unable to control guest's actions but we will stay vigilant on checking rooms.

The room was nice enough. The wireless system did not function well and there was no place to do any work. I suggest that they creat a small business center or add a desk in rooms for work.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. We love it! The rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional! We had a problem with the TV and called the front desk. The young man that helped us was very nice and resolved the issue. The front desk made recommendations for things to do in the area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We will stay here again!

Like everything except there was construction happening next to us, and we couldn't get to the balcony or keep the curtains open because the builders were right there.

Very quiet, but they do have a resort fee without any resort amenities, the sports clubs is not included in the resort fee.

Unpleasant experience and stay. The resort/ parking fee of $60,00 was unreasonable. It did not include pool access. And the parking was unsecure and uncovered.

We do understand how fees can be unwelcoming. With our location we do happen to fall in an HOA so our facilities fee helps to cover HOA fees as well as the gourmet coffee, wifi for guests, and bicycles for guest use. We do appreciate getting any feedback from guests.

The bathroom faucets did not work well and contruction was going on each morning next to our room. Lots of hammering and drilling.

If you want peace,quite and family activities this is definitely your place. Beautiful property with a short drive to the beach. If you like night life definitely not the place to go. Town shuts down at 8-9 (on St Patrick's Day). Would recommend for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The staff was super nice and the club next door was nice. The shower head didn’t really work and had no pressure. The jets in the bathtub were gross and haven’t been deep cleaned. There was randomly an old package of bread left in the room… I’m assuming from past guests.

Very clean, nice hotel . Front desk very helpful. I had standard room but that’s what I needed. The swimming pool is at the side and has jacuzzi . I love this hotel . Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Avila Village. We brought our bikes and were able to bike right from the property to Avila Pier and Pismo. The stay was helpful and kind. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Loved the fireplace! Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in Christmas day. Guy at desk super friendly and informative. Interior warm and inviting, large fireplace in lobby. 24hr coffee in lobby. Rooms are modern and in good taste. Business class. Marble bathroom, walk in shower very nice. In room fireplace doesn't work. Our room had a private hot tub on the deck, very nice it was only 98 degrees so you should turn on a few hours before usage to get more hot. We didn't have time but there was free usage of a spa and sauna. Good find I recommend.
