The noise level was much higher than expected. Between the road noise and construction noise 6 days a week, sleep was harder.The throw rugs have corners that are curled making for a trip hazardous.

Lovely spacious house by the beach

Overall our stay was excellent. The space is perfect for a group. Our only comment is that we received very little information about house rules (eg whether or not to take out trash and recycling, what to do with used sheets and towels). Also we did not receive any information about WiFi and couldn’t find anything in the house with instructions.

Reviewer Comments: What a great experience - from the rental team at Seven Sisters who worked with me to find a property that would fit our family to the fabulous property where we stayed. We couldn’t have asked for a better package! House is immaculate and plenty of room for everyone. Bonus is ALL of the beach stuff for you to use in the garage. From the cart full of beach toys to the wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach towels - really great and not something you get with every property. Highly recommend, worth every penny. Fabulous memories were made 🫶🏼

Wonderful stay in Avila!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location in Avila. Highly recommend for any visit to the central coast. It's just across the street from the Bob Jones trail for morning jogs and walking distance to the Avila Golf Course. Walk to the beach and downtown Avila in 5-10min. The house itself was exceedingly clean and well-equipped. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi working. The sitting area upstairs works very well for an office space if you're doing a "workcation." Highly recommend- we loved this rental!

The weather was not the best as it was rainy and cold at times, but we did make it to the beach, restaurants, shopping and aquarium. Glad we had brought umbrellas for rain. Parking for 4 autos (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). It was nice to have morning coffee on the patio. The home is meticulously maintained. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for and serve a large group. Seven Sisters’ attention detail can be seen throughout the property and rental process.

Pure Perfection ... A Splendid Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our annual family holiday getaway took us to Avila Beach this year, and it was spectacular in every way. 'A Wave From It All' was perfect and pristine from the moment we arrived. Information and directions were clear cut, the house was wonderfully laid out for our party of 7 adults - with large comfortable bedrooms (great mattresses and black out shades), adequate sized open living / cooking / dining / gathering space on the upper level, airy patios, uncluttered, beautifully decorated, complete with all the basic necessities, and truly peaceful ambiance. The house is extremely well managed by Seven Sisters, who made every step simple and easy ... we could not have enjoyed a better time away. Walkability to the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and beautiful beach/pier were 10 out of 10. We also loved simply home bodying it in the amazing house, and just as location, all agreed the house was totally a 10 out of 10 as well!! Thanks for a most memorable getaway ... We will surely return.

We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and our kids loved the beach toys (the cart and chairs were especially appreciated!). The location is a very short walk to the small downtown. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The abundance of high quality beach towels was another nice touch. Also, when we had an issue with the oven, the folks from Seven Sisters had someone out to the unit early the next morning. Thanks for the great stay! We hope to be back soon.
