Nice little house

The house is a nice location a short walk to the promenade. Only 2 things they should consider upgrading is the shower head, water distribution is terrible and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Maybe have a couple of Luggage racks? Everything else was exactly as described and we had a pleasant stay.

It is the perfect casita!

We had a wonderful time in Avila and the time spent at the casita made our short time away even better. The pictures are accurate and show how unique this property is. Much care has been taken in making it a very comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped...dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Everthing is neat and clean and perfect. (Make sure you read the information regarding the casida carefully, the laundry, beach chairs, etc., are in the basement. The entry door is on the street side of the house...not under the deck.)
