「It is typical of what I like about Spain.」

「One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Large room, perfect for us and our daughter to share, with a huge stone terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs, looking directly at the mountains. Wonderful horse-riding close by and hiking directly from the parador. Delightful staff in the restaurant and fantastic regional food.」

「Ascensor estropeado dos días」

「The staff. Beautiful place, quiet.」

「We stayed here 1 night when driving to Salamanca. Breakfast was good. Property is a little older but very well maintained/clean. Staff spoke English and was very helpful! Would stay here again.」

「The only reason we did not give this a five star was because our AC was not working as normal. Overall, the hotel was excellent. The food was good. The staff in the buffet breakfast was very helpful and always maintained food items, hot and stocked. I would definitely come back to this place and hopefully soon.」

「This a fabulous luxury hotel made from President Suarez personal residence. It is built into the walls of Avila and has the only pool inside the city walls. The pool and area is stunningly beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included. Calena restaurant is working towards a star. Room was comfortable and clean, suite included a walk in shower and separate claw foot bath tub. Only regret was 2nd floor rooms ceiling sloped in from the roof line, took some getting used to. You can walk...

「perfect location.」

「Hard to get in!」
