“Since renovating, this hotel has really stepped it up. The staff folks are always excellent and helpful. The breakfast is always delicious. The only drawbacks were the television remote which half worked and no control re features, and the toilet stool sat too low. Ither than that, top rated!”

“This cabin was exactly what I was wanting. It's very cute and cozy. The beds are very comfy and clean. The outside was also very clean and the pier was very cute. We got to meet the neighborhood fat cat and he is very friendly. Fire pit was great. The only thing it was lacking was clear instructions on what the check out instructions were but we did clean up our mess and left it clean. The drive into Edenton was about 20 min. And wasn't a bad drive but if you are wanting to drive back and forth……

“You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo……
