「Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. 「Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. 」

「It was so easy to communicate with Pietro. The home was lovely exactly what we needed for our stay. Check-in was easy as he met us at the gate.
