The condo was exactly as advertised: Very well stocked, great views, close to the ski slopes, roomy, convenient to everything. In addition it was clean, comfy and quiet! Perfect for a stay with our adult children.

New Years Ski Vacation

The property and owner were fabulous! We have stayed in many properties in Avon over the years and this was our favorite. Well stocked, beautifully decorated and the perfect space for a family of 5. Excellent location to an Avon shuttle stop and Riverfront gondola. We skied both BC and Vail. Highly recommend!!

Super Bowl ski weekend

We had a great weekend at this awesome property. It’s impeccably clean and the kitchen is as well stocked as any rental property I’ve stayed in. The property is located near a lake with a nice walking path and there is a great walking trail along the Eagle River that is very close. It is close to a drop off for Beaver Creek skiing. It has ample parking.

Ideal spot for a getaway to the mountains

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. The condo was impeccably clean and we appreciated the upgraded interior and decorations. The home is stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The kids loved the board games and hot tub. Diane was responsive and gave detailed instructions for check-in/check-out. On top of all that, the location is ideal. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek and both were extremely easy to get to. There is a nearby lake and walking trails that would make this a great place to stay during the summer as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

Have stayed in many VRBO units. This one surpassed all others. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Diane was amazing with communication from the get-go and the property had every accommodation available, things we didn’t even know we needed/wanted! All rules clearly explained and entire process went smoothly. 3 beds with 3 baths was perfect. Location is great. Would definitely book again! And property was extremely clean.

Diane’s condo is located very close to Beaver Creek which is nice. It is well stocked with anything you need including a Sonos speaker! I can’t think of one thing to complain about. Just rent it.

Great Place, Loved Our Stay!

We had a wonderful time at Diane's property. The place is comfortable, it's great to have a bathroom with a shower attached to each room (especially for a large group) and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook meals in. The location is absolutely prime for skiing and it was convenient to be so close to the slopes in the morning. Parking for two vehicles was a great bonus, given how tricky parking can be in resort towns. It was also great to have a big table for everyone to gather around. Diane is easy to work with and very responsive. The only small drawbacks were a few snags--the parking pass wasn't in place when we arrived, and one of the amenities for kids (booster seat) wasn't there. However, Diane was really kind about everything and actually went out and bought a booster seat and brought it by for us, which was really above and beyond!

Beautiful home with amazing views. Beautifully decorated with high end finishes and spotlessly clean. A great space for family gathering and I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen. So many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The owner was really great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property

We thought this property was better than advertised. The living room is beautiful with views of the slopes from the giant windows. Wonderful space that made it even better to enjoy the mountains. Our kids loved the sledding hill around at the school. Would say that the ONLY downside is that the beds were a little lumpy. Everything else is wonderful! We will be back to the property! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A True 5 Star Experience

Our family stayed in this rental over our kids’ February break for our first family ski trip to Beaver Creek. The condo is on a half mile from the parking lot at the bottom of the mountain. It is an easy drive. There is also a shuttle that picks up at the end of the driveway, but with 3 kids and ski gear we found driving over easier. One day I wasn’t skiing but was able to walk over from the condo and use the Beaver Creek shuttle service to go up the mountain and meet the rest of the family for lunch. The condo itself is clean, well maintained, comfortable and wonderfully stocked. We cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. I was truly impressed with the kitchen. Usually in a rental I am scrounging around for a pan that doesn’t have teflon flaking off of it. We found absolutely everything we needed all the way down to a garlic press and a salad spinner! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kids appreciated having their own beds at night. We spent the evenings watching movies on the couch and playing games at the dining table. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Girls Beaver Creek Ski Weekend

This condo in Avon was absolutely wonderful! Property had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Diane was also a wonderful host and I would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away to the Colorado mountains. The location was great for us. We could walk into Avon downtown. It had easy access from the highway. The bus stop was at the end of the driveway and the neighbors are super friendly and helpful. Four queen size beds made everyone comfortable.

Great Weekend Getaway, perfect location

Great property, loved the interior of the property which has clearly been remodeled in the recent past. Lots of room for the family, nice deck with view of Beaver Creek Ski resort. Conveniently 10 min walk to town, 5 min walk to world class Eagle River trout stream and an easy drive to Beaver Creek, Vail, Eagle, Etc. Everything was clean, neat and has everything you need in the condo. Would stay again for sure!
