Enter a bright and spacious living area featuring a comfortable sectional sofa with a pull-out bed and an open dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Large windows showcase beautiful Beaver Creek views.
The fully remodeled kitchen includes brand-new appliances, ample storage, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Primary bedroom:
The primary bedroom is fully updated and features a comfortable queen-size mattress, generous closet space, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
Second bedroom:
The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king by pushing the beds together, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for couples or families.
Bathroom
The newly updated bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with excellent lighting for a refreshing start or end to your day.
Additional features
A dedicated ski storage area is located just outside the condo for added convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Location
The condo is conveniently located near public transportation and the Bear Lot shuttle, providing easy access to Beaver Creek and the surrounding area.
Parking (please read carefully)
You will have two designated parking spaces. One space is located to the right of the light pole, and the other is to the left of the large tree closest to the D building. Parking enforcement is strict, and vehicles parked in the wrong space may be booted. We cannot reimburse any fees related to incorrect parking. Clear photos and descriptions of the parking spots are provided.
