3 bedroom, 3.5 bath property on two levels. Located directly on the Beaver Creek ski slopes. Ski, literally, right out of your back door onto the trails, or down to the village to shop and dine. You can also walk or call the dial-a-ride to take to you to any of the fabulous places in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch. This residence is well appointed with outdoor BBQ grill, washer and dryer, WiFi and four flat screen TV's. It doesn't get any more exciting or easier to enjoy Beaver Creek than this!

• Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks

• Employees will stay home if sick.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

This is a great location for ski in/out had we had more snow... When we arrived the evening of checkin the town house was freezing 63degrees and we were not able to get it warm till the next day. I think they forgot we were checking in!!! The bedroom with bunkbeds was always hot, even with heat off.When I discovered several floor units that had to be turned on. There was also a large piece of furniture in dinning area pushed up to floor unit as well as the sofa. Once that was corrected we finally got warm. We don't have these wall/floor units in Georgia and did not realize the shoe rack over the wall/floor unit should not be used to hold shoes until it was to late. It melted a brand new pair of Ugg boot soles. Management will credit 100. doesn't buy a new pair, as this was Santa's gift and brand new. Management did respond when I contacted them, and was apologetic that the unit wasn't heated. It was great to have trash bags, soap for dishes and dishwasher, coffee filters, toilet tissue, and Kleenex. overall a great experience.

Location location location!

The property was fantastic and accommodating as expected. The location can’t be beat, open the back door and down the slopes you go. Our children also enjoyed playing in the snow outback and would even walk down into the village at times opposed to taking the bus. Really, this spot can’t be beat.

Great location and layout!

Great location in Highlands Slopeside! Nice layout for family and friends - very convenient for skiers and non-skiers to do their own thing. We did determine shortly after check in that the door codes for back door and ski locker were incorrect but not a huge issue. Toilets may require an upgrade as they are very slow to flush in most of the restrooms, but again - not a huge issue. The location is premium - while you have to walk uphill to #18 from the Highlands Skiway trail - there is a separate unmarked trail (marked only by what appears to be a trout) where you can ski in from above the back patio entry to the townhome. Skiing out takes you down the bottom half of Highlands Skiway to the Haymeadow Gondola - or Centennial lift. There were sleds and games... beautiful fireplace. We tried to walk to village but there really isn't a good direct route - at least not in winter when sidewalks were covered with snow. But no worries, the shuttles are prompt and easy to schedule - and will have you to the village in under 5min. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. All in all - a great stay - A
