Great place at a good price!
My wife and I stayed here in May 2024 and had a great time. Very clean and modern apartment, walking distance from the beach/fishing pier. The beach was not very crowded and a great place for shell hunting. The only downside is that it is about an hour drive from here to the rest of the Outer Banks, but if you plan what you need and prioritize beach time it isn't much of an issue. All in all a good place to stay for vacation

Best VRBO ever
The property was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and made ready for guests. So many perks! A sizable discount for water sport rentals, a pool pass to a cool pool, central location in Avon, and generosity with basic needs. I felt like it was truly our home for the stay.
