"Our first night at this location on Thursday was like youbwere in a motel 6. All we heard was loud people having a Good time( if you know what I mean). Then on Fiday morning got woke up by loud screaming that kept getting louder and louder after calling the front desk things calmed down. Really was afraid that something bad was going to happen. Friday night we slept well and no more disturbances. Left early Saturday morning."

"Would not go back if our lives depended on it. The best thing about this hotel was the location. It is in the heart of downtown and in walking distance to the main venues and many restaurants. However, the staff was not friendly. No welcome was extended at anytime during our stay. We had to switch rooms multiple times. The first time was due to the room smelling like a cigar lounge. The second time was due to the room having no heat, in the middle of a Midwest winter! We were forced to stay in that room because no other rooms were available. The hotel provided us with 2 space heaters at 3am, after the maintenance people tinkered with the heating for multiple hours. The last room we went to was a handicap accessible room, but at least we had heat. Because of our troubles, we were promised a refund but never received it. We had to call to hassle the managers to give us the refund we were promised. Needless to say, next time we're in Cleveland we'll stay somewhere else!"

"The room was bright and comfortable, generous amount of towels, all of the staff were friendly, including the restaurant which provided nice options to eat in. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The valet service was organized and it was simple to get the car when we needed it to go out."
