“the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big……

“Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! “This home was unique in its roundness and wrap all around decks. The views are amazing. Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the ocean . AMAZING !! “We were very pleased with the house. Great waterfront on sound property. It took a while for the hot tub to heat up and we had to add more water to cover the jets. “Another great OBX stay is in the books! The house was very clean, on a quiet street, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. “Excellent location near beach. Newly renovated room, though no lamps in room, only light was from the overhead ceiling fan or the bathroom light. Heatpump a/c unit above bed had a strange built-in wood frame surround that only allowed the air to blow directly onto your face when sleeping in the bed. Good location and walking to the beach.”
