“The property was modern and clean. The art work displayed in the lobby areas were beautiful. Unfortunately staff were not very pleasant. Front desk was not very accommodating in our check in process. We got to the hotel an hour early and kids hung out in the lobby area while the adults grabbed a drink in the bar/restaurant. We were not greeted and were skipped service causing us to wait over 20 minutes to get any kind of service. Did not feel welcome at all. Valet was excellent and the workers……

“The common hallway carpets could be cleaned better and a parking pass should be included in rental and if additional are required then charge for those. Overall experience was good”

“Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. ”

“Very cute spot. Love the location!!! Access was easy. The cons were that the house needed some cleaning as it had dead bugs and smelled like the house had been locked up for months. Linen smelled of dust. All easy fixes. Would book the larger house if i bring my kids to the area!”

“Cute home, had everything we needed. Loved that it had extra towels, toiletries, coffee pot. Communication with manager was very easy and fast. Could use a new set of pots and pans and some mixing bowls and maybe a few extra seats. Overall super happy with it and would book again! We enjoyed it!”

“This property is beautiful. Right in the heart of downtown close to everything. The house is homy, comfortable, & has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfortable & they even suppy nice sound machines which we really enjoyed. Hosts are very friendly & kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitly stay here again when visiting Indy!”

“For such a cheap price, my expectations were not high. But, the place was nice inside. It’s not like the picture shows but still nice. There wasnt any water or chips for us like the picture shows. There wasnt any shampoo or bar soup. But there was hand soup. So definitely bring your own supplies. Bring your own cutlery. They were on top of the blinds being broken at the front door, which was nice. You can hear everyone outside. Someone lives above this unit, so you will hear them. You do have……

“Quiet and nice area, walking distant from downtown.”

“The house is comfortable for our family of four to stay in. My 17+ years old kids each has a room of his/her own upstairs so they can have privacy. My husband and I stayed downstairs. We did not need to buy _anything_ for our stay, unlike our previous stays in other places. Location is very short drive to downtown. Restaurants and coffee places is less than 10 minutes drive away.”

“This place was exactly what we needed for a weekend away in Indy. We were able to get our walk in everyday. So many places to eat close by. We liked RALSTON’s for dinner. Had a great breakfast at Wild Eggs and brunch at The Oakmont was two thumbs up. Clean, in a great area and easy to check in and out of. Would recommend and for sure would stay again.”
