Appt T4, 8 pers, 84m2 in chalet in calm close tracks, Ax 3 Domaines Bonascre
We offer for rent our large apartment T4 of 84 m2, quiet and bright located in a large typical chalet.
Its location is privileged in a very quiet and very wooded area, 100m from the shops and 150m from the slopes (return ski to the feet at 30 meters following snowfall). Direct access to a playground and a large field of secured snow for the pleasure of young and old :). In summer, the Bonascre swimming pool and the tennis courts await you. Hiking and mountain biking trails also leave the Bonascre plateau.
We have modernized it in the lounge area, while maintaining a mountain cottage spirit, as well as in the rooms.
In addition to its interior comfort, the apartment has a beautiful terrace that we equipped with a beautiful solid wood table, to enjoy with family or friends the atmosphere of the mountains and the view on the peaks, Whether it is after skiing or during summer periods.
It is also possible to have a large closed garage of 30 m2, although the parking in front of the chalet is very easy and the traffic practically absent. This can be useful during bad weather.
For those who do not know the resort, the bottom of the street of the chalets is a very privileged environment, because very calm and particularly sported, which gives a feeling of serenity and contact with nature, especially since Has a beautiful view of the mountains (without it being a 360 ° view!). ◦ 1 room with a bed 140 x 190 cm
◦ 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 x 190cm and 2 beds 80x200 cm (convertible into a bed 160x200cm)
• 1 bathroom with bathtub and a washbasin (Washing machine, hairdryer)
• 1 separate WC
Outdoors:
• 1 large terrace of 56m2 with beautiful view on the mountains, picnic table in solid wood and barbecue
• Covered and enclosed garage of 30 m2 with direct access to the road
• Very practical: ski locker, with lockable ski locker, with direct access to the outside.
