"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at The Dolphin Hotel I have just had a lovely stay at The Dolphin Hotel with my sister, and we wanted to share how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well looked after. 朗 The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and our evening meal was really lovely too. Our room was beautiful, and we were delighted with the upgrade — thank you so much! It made our stay even more special. A special mention to Erin, who was such a lovely young lady. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and her friendly, caring service really stood out. Also, a big thank you to Will, who was so polite and friendly. He works incredibly hard, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was kind enough to carry our heavy suitcases down the stairs for us when we were leaving, which we really appreciated. Such a lovely gentleman! I would also like to give a special mention to Harry, the duty manager, who checked us in and even carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. What a lovely welcome! Thank you so much, Harry, for all your help and for making us feel so special. Thank you to the whole team at The Dolphin Hotel for making our stay with my sister so enjoyable. Royal Beacon Hotel

"Had a really good week at the Royal Beacon. The hotel and staff were great. Nothing was too much bother. Lovely location with a short walk to a decent restaurant. Only downside was the parking which most of the time would have been impossible to find. Luckily booked on of the few hotel parking spaces. Only about 8 spaces so l would recommend booking early. It’s a pity that the hotel will be closing in October to be turned into apartments. A sad goodbye because we would definitely gone back again. Not very disabled friendly as the one lift from the car park into the hotel was not working and there are a few steps at the front. But all in all a lovely hotel with brilliant staff."
