"This was a lovely hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay however they did not have many options for a dairy free diet. As with most Tokyo hotels, there is limited storage space. We really enjoyed the massage chairs. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. It is in a nice area, close to Senso-Ji temple, transit, lots of shops and restaurants. There is a nice terrace where you can take pictures of the temple and Tokyo Skytree. The buffet breakfast was excellent-Asian and Western. Free coffee in the lobby. The staff was kind and helpful. "

"The amenities are excellent, though the only problem we had was the wheelchair accessibility. I hope that someday they would think people with wheelchair should be able to access the toilet and show er with ease."

"Everything was fantastic except….we had a room on the premium level. Floor 10. There is a lounge there that serves juice, tea and coffee with some sweet snacks. the unfortunate part about the lounge was, no food brought in or out. No drinks in or out. If you wanted to have a nice glass of wine at the end of the day it’s not possible. It’s such a missed opportunity what could be a great lounge! "
