The hotel has potential but it’s very old. Our room was very dated albeit large and relatively clean. Our bathroom, the only room redone, leaked all night and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. There isn’t really a staff, it’s more like an Airbnb type setup. That said, I think it has a lot of potential to be a great place. It was easy to check in and clean.

Great view and clean room

Clean hotel, amazing service by the reception team. They were professional and helped with everything needed for our stay to be memorable. The only problem was the parking, very small and we had to leave the car outside and pay quiet expensive for 5days. Overall was very pleasant the stay.

La vue magnifique sur les 4000 valaisans...

Notre visite à Anzère avait pour but de soutenir l'hôtellerie de chez nous. l'accueil fut sympa. Le concierge rapidement à notre disposition pour faire fonctionner la cuisinière.... Petite remarque : une bouilloire serait pratique et une poêle également. Mais pas de souci, la prochaine fois nous reviendrons avec notre petite-fille pour profiter de la place centrale. Bravo Anzère....quelle ambiance !

Great for summer hiking; stunning views.

We had booked an apartment for 3 people and a room for 2 people for our family of 5. They kindly put us in 2 adjacent rooms even though one of them was bigger than what we had reserved. It was really nice for us all to be together. The apartment was very comfortable and had plenty of space at the dining room table for us all to eat. Plenty of seating inside and on the veranda as well, where we spent a lot of time looking at the mountains. We were given a free pass to the gondola which we made use of both days. Location of hotel next to Post Bus stop and telecabine, across the street from Coop grocery short walk from more than one bakery and village center was ideal. Plenty of trails started right nearby too. Apartment was nicely furnished and decorated. Had a very homey feel.
