The shampoo and conditioner was too little for a family, only one tiny bottle. The room was clean, and renovated, but the pool surround needed a much better cleaning.

If my daughter goes to Western, this will be my hotel of choice. The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice and kind the restaurant and the food are fantastic and it is connected to a ton of activities if you have other kids with you.
