“The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards.
With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent).
All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed.
This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back.”

“This is a very old minor castle that’s been converted to a hotel. There is no air conditioning, so some of the rooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in late summer.
The property is in a very remote location in a tiny village surrounded by vineyard. There aren’t many options for eating, but the good news is that the food at this place is quite outstanding, some of the best food you can find anywhere. Unica (grande) pecca è l'estrema scomodità del divano-letto, impossibile dormire a causa del materasso estremamente sottile e completamente curvo/concavo, non siamo riusciti a dormire per due notti. Basterebbe sostituire con un divano-letto nuovo, di quelli con letto estraibile e rigido, ce ne sono moltissimi a poco prezzo, sarebbe un investimento importante per la struttura.
