“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”

“From the moment we entered to when we left all staff were very helpful and the stay was enjoyable. Rooms were great and comfortable and we even got an upgrade courtesy of the hotel. The location is close to Galata Tower (around 5 minute walk uphill!) and all the usual tourist but far enough to have some peace in the evening. ”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Hotel is very nice for the price and location. Staff were super helpful and i have no complaints with them. Would not recommend breakfast buffet. Also the "safe" driver who took me to the airport texted on all 3 of his phones the whole time to the airport. "The hotel is only 15 mins walk from the metro station, and is easy to find. There are small grocery stores and hawkers nearby and they open till very late (like 9-10 pm) so it is convenient to buy stuffs even if arrive late. The owner is really friendly and helped us to provide everything we need to settle down smoothly. I also like how the building is decorated with flowers and vines and it gives a cozy vibe peeking out from the window. Overall a good value option with a clean room and all the necessities we need to stay comfortably."

"The room is spacious and artistically decorated, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel owner is very kind and prepares coffee for you, adding a personal touch to the experience. Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
