"Rooms are excellent and breakfast had everything you could want. Only thing which is a personal preference would be a slightly softer mattress."

"Staff really friendly, buffet breakfast really good"

"Very good pool for the hotel of this size. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and roomy enough. Staff at the reception speak good English. Gym is small and outdoors, which I found impossible to use in such heat, being a person from the north I could not bear to use this gym without air conditioner."

"Great little stay. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Just wish the filtered water could be cooler and a chair/more surfaces in the rooms. "

"The hotel was great. Very cute and cozy. Not on the water, but a short walk. Shared kitchen and breakfast costs money (not much but not big either). Enjoyed our stay a lot. Rooms were clean, staff was very nice"

"Had a great stay, hotel was at the quieter end of the main strip but still had easy access to food, markets, bars and laundry. The vibe was chilled and very relaxed and the staff always friendly and happy to help! Would love to return again soon, a great find! "

"Family business run by lovely hosts. There is a couple that runs the hotel and they are very attentive and polite. They offered me Christmas dinner on Christmas eve and the young son of the owener, which the hotel is named after, gave Christmas cards to all the guests which I thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast is very decent. If you like to be a bit more tacked away from the city but still not too far, I would definately reccomend this place. The mum is such a character, doesn't speak a word...

"Nice and clean facilities with very friendly English-speaking guest services."
