「Hotel was hard to get to, especially with luggage. Room was small and dark. Water was cold. Not an option for families with kids. Management was very helpful and supportive of offering a refund and helping to find a new place for our stay in Meknes. 」

「Adjacent to parks, midway between train station and medina Meknes. 15 minutes walk to medina and 10 minutes walk to Grand Taxi station to Moulay Idriss. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Swimming pool or medina views are fantastic.」

「Great hotel, great location, secure parking and friendly staff, too bad they advertise a pool but the pool was closed. We booked this hotel to relax around the pool so it was disappointing. Otherwise we would have given it 5 stars.」

Et personne pour notre départ. 」

「We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius.」
